This is a senior-level, high-impact position focused on establishing and growing the company’s footprint in Romania, with an emphasis on animal nutrition and feed ingredients such as amino acids, trace minerals, and specialty additives. The role is suited for a commercially driven professional who thrives in a start-up-like environment and is eager to take on a strategic role with significant autonomy and growth potential.

Key Responsibilities
- Launch and grow business operations in Romania, targeting manufacturers, integrators, and distributors.
- Promote a portfolio of high-quality feed ingredients and nutritional solutions.
- Develop and implement regional sales strategies aligned with global objectives.
- Represent the company at trade shows, customer visits, and industry events.
- Provide product and technical support across the commercial cycle.
- Ensure sales targets are achieved within the region.
- Work closely with international HQ on logistics, pricing, and support.
- Contribute market insights to shape future growth and regional development.
- Embrace a start-up environment and take on various commercial tasks during early stages.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Proven B2B sales experience in agriculture, feed, or animal nutrition sectors.
- Strong understanding of feed additives and nutritional trends.
- Technical knowledge of livestock/poultry nutrition and feed formulation.
- Experience supporting customers technically and commercially.
- Independent, entrepreneurial, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
- Strong local network in the Romanian agricultural market is a plus.
- Fluent in Romanian and English.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel regionally.
