Job Title: Relationship Manager, Commercial Banking – Ghana

Job Purpose:
Responsible for developing increase in sales, profitability, market share and customer satisfaction within assigned segmentKey Responsibilities:
- Generate new revenue opportunities from existing & prospective customers
- Support the branch to win new accounts and resuscitate dormant relationships.
- Ensure achievement of monthly and annual targets.
- Assist the branch in its drive for deposit mobilization, LAD, FX and enhance profitability within segment
- Structure credit facilities to meet customer needs in line with the bank’s policies
- Ensure efficient service and maintenance of existing customers
- Ensure compliance with the guidelines and procedures on “Know your Customer” for account opening and guidelines for operational risk management
- Prepare presentations and other marketing materials to customers within segment covered
- As part of the Bank’s Information Security requirements, maintain the security of all Information entrusted to the staff and comply with the principles and policies in the Information Security Handbook
- Perform all other duties as assigned by the Team Lead, Retail Banking.

Job Requirements:
Education
Minimum Education: First Degree in any discipline/relevant professional qualification
Experience
Minimum of 3 years relevant banking experience
