We are seeking a dynamic Research Associate to join our team specializing in the HVAC, Refrigeration, Manufacturing, and Pharma sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

Initial Months

• Industry and Company Research into niche market
• Understanding company structures and dynamics
• Refurbish your market information on regular basis
• Updating and maintaining data / information on the internal MIS and CRM
• Designing Search Plans, Mapping and Headhunting
• Assisting the Reporting Manager in the execution of Senior level management mandates
• Job Postings on Antal.com
• Article/Blog Posting over the web
• Carry out any other duties as assigned by the Reporting Manager

Additional Responsibility within 1^st Year

• Source, develop and manage candidate relationships within chosen competency. Qualify candidate suitability for current or future vacancies/clients, through questioning and referencing following best practice at Antal
• Actively develop knowledge of assigned niche market to enable you to generate business and business pipeline, through candidate calling, networking and lead generation
• Get engaged in other Social Media Activities and other marketing campaigns to attract talent to your line of business
• Designing Search Plans, Mapping and Headhunting
• Be able to use in-house CRM to generate candidates list and marketing material
• Stay focused on self-direct performance and career progression goals
• Prioritize workload and ensure working on productive activities to always achieve maximum revenue

Qualifications:

• Graduate in any discipline, Master’s Degree/MBA in Marketing/HR or related field will be preferred
• Proactive, confident and outgoing personality
• Max 2 years of sales experience - Recruitment and Non-Recruitment with a demonstrated and a proven track record in your previous work stint.
• Fluency in English language and MS office skills

Compensation & Growth

• Probation Period: 6 months with a monthly stipend of ₹12,000.
• Confirmed Salary: Competitive salary as per market standards upon confirmation.
