The primary responsibility of this role will be establishing the organization as the preferred choice for relevant products, implementing GTM strategies and achieving overall revenue in the assigned territory. Base Location – Mumbai Territory – Reporting to – Business Head Experience – Healthcare Infrastructure, Healthcare IT etc. Product Portfolio - Surgical – OT Integration.
Digital – Surgical Instrument Tracking, Asset Tracking. Roles & responsibilities as follows: 1. Market Analysis – Value proposition, Customer segmentation and competition 2. Collaboration to identify the right partners to promote our product portfolio. 3. Sales Channels & Distribution for adequate geographical coverage. 4. To achieve and surpass revenue targets in the allotted region and segment. 5. Acquiring the right technical and product knowledge in a stipulated time. 6. Identify all new leads & business opportunities and take them to a closure profitably. 7. Full responsibility for delivery and internal co-ordination with support team and logistics. 8. Participation in pre-bid meetings, submission & follow-up for Tender business. 9. Adherence to company policy and rules & procedures 10. Achieve a certain top and bottom line to look for a Y-O-Y growth of 15%. Skills / Competencies 1. Experience working in the medical device industry. Pref – Endoscopy, Digital Health. 2. Ability to work in a complex and collaborative environment. 3. Detail-savvy but outcomes-oriented. Extremely thorough and organized. 4. Excellent communication and social skills 5. Individual contributor.
