Requirements:

• Proven track record of success in leading and managing large sales and marketing teams in the automotive industry.
• Deep understanding of the Egyptian automotive market, including trends, regulations, and consumer behavior.
• Strong strategic thinking and planning skills, with the ability to develop and execute effective sales and marketing strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and team members.  
• Proven ability to drive revenue growth and market share expansion.
• Experience in managing budgets and resources effectively.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum 12-15 years of experience in sales and marketing leadership roles in the automotive industry.
• Proven track record of success in managing large teams and driving results.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
