Job Description
- Formulate a clear plan to grow the company within the defined territory including target industries and customers with expected revenues by business.
- Lead Sales achievements and forecast inputs in budget discussions.
- Lead negotiations with customers for all opportunities maximizing the success rate.
- Support Business Development team with insights on customer needs based on the ongoing discussions and market awareness.
- Support in competitor intelligence ensuring we are fully aware of our competition, their strengthens and weaknesses to support in winning business.
- Achieve the highest customer retention rate/engagement by being a customer champion.
- Leading the commercial proposals.
- Putting together business cases and working closely with the sales team to support prospecting and proposals.
- Building vertical knowledge and expertise to become the customers’ trusted advisor.
- Education: Any bachelor’s degree.
- Years of experience: 10+
- Specific Technical & Practical Knowledge: Any Technical background is preferred.
