This role focuses on client and portfolio expansion and team management.
This is a NEW ROLE in the organisation due to the great business expansion. Will coordinate over 40 sales people with national coverage.
Must-Have Skills:
- Proven experience in traditional trade and FMCG food sales.
- Strong leadership and adaptability with large, diverse /large sales task force/ teams.
- Success in managing sales across Romania.
- Availability for travel and a “hunter & farmer” mindset.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree, 5+ years as a Sales Director in FMCG (ideally food/traditional trade).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
- Proficient in English and advanced Microsoft Office skills.
Responsibilities
- Drive sales, budget, and visibility goals.
- Analyze regional product coverage and competition.
- Develop relationships with key traditional trade clients.
- Plan negotiations, budgets, and distributor activities.
- Oversee team performance, routes, and workload.
- Monitor budgets and propose cost-effective solutions.
Compensation & Benefits
- 42.000 - 48.000 Eur GROSS/year + bonuses
- Meal Tickets: 20 RON/ticket.
- Tools: Company car, phone, laptop.
