Our Client, a market leader in fluids for the automotive, industrial and aerospace sectors (wheel valves, injection, air conditioning, pressure regulators, etc.), the Pontarlier site (70 million euros turnover - 400 employees) produces almost 200 million parts a year, delivered to 80 countries. PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
Reporting to the Sales Director, you will be responsible for developing sales in the field of valves for thermal management of electric vehicles, and you will define an appropriate sales growth policy and strategy. You will work closely with the Research & Development and Innovation departments.
Main responsibilities
• You will develop the sales strategy drawn up in consultation with the Sales Director.
• You will know your market: its players, expectations, competitors and trends.
• You draw up market studies for the launch of new ranges.
• You identify differentiating factors and prepare sales pitches.
• You actively prospect to identify market needs and promote the product range.
• You build up your network in this area.
• You gather information on customer needs to adapt the current range.
• You draw up forecasts and short- and medium-term requirements for the market segment.
• You will respond to customer invitations to tender and establish prices in line with market requirements.
• You will negotiate contracts.
• You communicate effectively with the company's other departments: R&D, Innovation, Production, logistics, etc.
• You will work in France, Eastern and Western Europe and England with regular travel, mainly in Europe.YOUR PROFILE
Education (School/Specialization): With a 5-year degree from a business or technical school.
Languages: You have a good command of technical English and German would be a plus. French is appreciated but not mandatory.
Experiences: You have worked in the field of automotive air conditioning or automotive air conditioning systems. You ideally have some initial experience in a similar role. At least 5 years' commercial and technical experience in the field of automotive air conditioning, automotive air conditioning systems or in the automotive cooling system and batteries.

Contract Typology: Permanent Contract – Executive status (Statut Cadre)
Annual Gross Salary: Range from 80.000€ to 90.000€ fixed salary, depending on the candidate profile and experience all over 13 months.
Bonus: 15% Bonus on Target
