Position Overview:
The company is seeking a highly motivated and technically skilled Sales Engineer to drive business growth by identifying and solving technical challenges, presenting the company’s products to clients, and building strong relationships with key stakeholders in the construction industry.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and contact potential clients, conduct visits, prepare offers, and negotiate and close contracts.
- Record and maintain information about clients, contacts, and construction sites.
- Maintain communication with clients during project execution and ensure smooth operations.
- Ensure timely invoicing for completed activities.
- Develop and report the sales plan for the allocated area/division to the Sales Director.
- Provide accurate information to all departments, partners, and clients.
- Facilitate smooth relations between organizational departments.
- Ensure the proper handover of projects between the Sales and Operations/Project Management teams.
- Support back-office preparation of contracts with clients.
- Promote collaboration, transparency, and mutual respect within the team and with external parties.
- Cover for colleagues as needed and address inquiries from uncovered areas.
- Achieve sales targets for the allocated area.
- Maintain high standards of professionalism, confidentiality, and commercial integrity.
Job Requirements:
- Completed higher education.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar sales role within the construction materials industry.
- Knowledge of national and international sales trends.
- Strong forecasting, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to make decisions, manage stress, and work independently.
- Proficiency in PC operations (Windows, MS Office).
- Category B driving license.
