Job Description
Role and Responsibility:-
- Build Sales pipeline/funnel by generating leads via cold calls & through consultant/PMC’s/Architect/Market contacts.
- Establish new business by organizing sales visit, demonstrating/presenting products in collaboration with respective OEM’s.
- Identify decision makers within respective verticals & set up meetings to understand and generate opportunity catering to customer needs.
- Responsible for owning the customer account management and support including initial sales efforts to maintain long term, trusted partner relationships and to execute successfully against plans to grow sales, revenues and expand enterprise customer relationships.
- Maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.
- Achieve monthly targets thereby submission of weekly progress reports ensuring correct data with appropriate action plan in place to meet targets.
- Ensure data is accurately managed within company sales management system.
- Maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Work closely with team to develop and submit proposals that meets customer needs & objectives.
- Exercise leadership and business judgment on all contracts, and work collaboratively with customers, and Partner network to get mutually acceptable pricing/terms.
Qualifications -
- Diploma/Degree in Electronics or equivalent related field.
