Position Overview:
We are seeking a driven Sales Executive to join our team in Bucharest. In this field-based role, you will be responsible for expanding our customer base and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients. The ideal candidate will bring at least 3 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably within the logistics or supply chain sector, and have a strong ability to achieve sales targets and deliver tailored solutions.Key Responsibilities:
- Client Development & Retention: Build and strengthen relationships with current customers, identify areas for growth, and offer customized logistics solutions to meet their needs.
- New Business Acquisition: Generate and qualify new leads, manage the full sales process, and secure new clients to expand the business.
- Sales Targets: Consistently meet or exceed sales targets by managing your assigned territory and prioritizing client opportunities.
- Solution Selling: Promote the company’s core logistics services, such as air freight, ocean freight, and multimodal solutions, ensuring the delivery of customer-focused, innovative solutions.
- Reporting & Documentation: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client communications, and regularly report on sales performance and pipeline status.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Sales Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in sales or business development, with a preference for experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain management.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Romanian and English; capable of presenting complex logistics solutions clearly and effectively.
- Negotiation & Commercial Knowledge: Strong negotiation skills and a solid understanding of the logistics industry, commercial processes, and customer needs.
- Problem-Solving & Analytical: Strong critical thinking skills, with the ability to analyze client challenges and propose effective solutions.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), CRM tools, and logistics software.
- Education: A university degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field.
- Driving License: Clean, valid driving license for travel within your assigned region.
