Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to grow business for high-pressure die-casting products in the US market.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, prospects, and stakeholders.
- Identify new business opportunities and drive market penetration.
- Analyze customer requirements and propose tailored solutions to meet their needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and industry advancements to maintain a competitive edge.
- Prepare and present sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports to senior leadership.
- Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and client meetings to promote products and build brand visibility.
Preferred Qualifications & Experience:
- At least 15 years of experience in sales, with a strong focus on high-pressure die-casting products.
- In-depth understanding of the US market; knowledge of the European market is a bonus.
- Proven ability to thrive in a high-pressure, target-driven environment.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Ideally aged between 40 and 45 years.
Travel Requirement:
- Indian candidates must be willing to travel quarterly to the USA.
