Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver Sales, Market Share and Profitability goals for the product range for the company
- Distribution Reach and range enhancement
- Drive salesforce productivity through existing systems;
- Lead development of new systems and processes as needed
- Best-in-class visibility and merchandising execution at point-of-sale across channels
- Sales network infra development and management (super-distributors, distributors, sales team)
- Work closely with COO and Marketing Head to strengthen the brand and develop new growth strategies
- Work with supply chain and central teams to ensure timely supply and efficient inventory management at all levels
- Budget tracking and management
- Account receivables and sales credit management in line with company deliverables
- Drive compliance to company systems, processes and policies;
- Contribute to development and upgradation of systems and processes
- Training and Development of team members

- This role will build and lead a team of Regional Business Managers and ASMs/Sales Executives across India and will report to the Chief Executive Officer.
- It will involve close collaboration with internal cross-functional teams such as Marketing, Supply Chain, Commercial and HR, along with external stakeholders like channel partners and customers.
Desired Experience & Personal Attributes
Professional experience:
- Minimum 15 years of FMCG sales experience with atleast 5-6 years at national level
- Category experience not essential, but should have worked with product categories involving large-scale distribution and point-of-sale marketing, and in organisations with structured sales and distribution systems and processes
- Brand management and marketing experience will be valued
- Strong track record of business performance and team leadership
- Premier MBA (Tier-1/2 B School) preferred but not mandatory
