Job Responsibilities:

Develop and expand the General Trade network to drive business growth in the assigned territory.

Achieve sales volume, revenue, and margin targets as per the business plan.

Monitor secondary and tertiary placement of AVA/Soundbar products for consistent market penetration.

Manage distributor inventory to maintain optimal stock levels.
-
Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain control over accounts receivables (AR).
-
Track competitor activities and market trends, providing actionable insights.
-
Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors and General Trade partners.
-
Plan and execute marketing and promotional activities for the region.
-
Prepare detailed reports for periodic business reviews.
-
Complete strategic tasks and assignments as directed by the management team.
Qualifications and Skills:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).

Proven expertise in General Trade sales within the consumer electronics industry.
-
Strong knowledge of the audio product segment, especially AVA/Soundbar products.
-
Excellent skills in distributor management, inventory control, and market analysis.
-
Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership abilities.
-
Results-driven mindset and ability to thrive in a target-oriented environment.
