- Location: Bangalore / Chennai

Role & responsibilities:
- Drive sales growth and expand market presence in India through effective sales strategies and key account management.
- Identify target markets, analyse competitors, and refine sales approaches to meet company objectives.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction, loyalty, and retention.
- Proactively pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation.
- Present, demonstrate, and negotiate products to convert leads into customers.
- Develop tailored solutions for key accounts and collaborate with teams to ensure seamless implementation.
- Set and achieve ambitious sales targets, monitoring performance and taking corrective actions as needed.
Candidate requirements:
- 9 - 13 years of proven experience in sales selling manufacturing solutions.
- Proven experience selling into the automotive, life science, consumer industries and electronic industry.
- Strong track record of successfully managing customer relationships and driving sales growth.
- Familiarity with the automotive, medical, and consumer goods industries is highly advantageous.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
