Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Market Research: Conduct thorough market analysis to identify potential buyers and market trends specific to off-plan properties.
- Sales Strategy Development: Create and implement effective sales strategies tailored to the unique challenges and opportunities in off-plan property sales.
- Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team, ensuring they are well-equipped to promote and sell off-plan properties successfully.
- Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of the off-plan properties, providing accurate and compelling information to potential buyers.
- Customer Engagement: Build and nurture relationships with prospective buyers, guiding them through the off-plan property purchase process and addressing inquiries.
- Contract Negotiation: Oversee negotiations with clients and stakeholders, ensuring favourable terms for the company while maintaining positive relationships.
- Collaboration with Developers: Work closely with property developers to understand project details, timelines, and unique selling points of off-plan properties.
- Sales Forecasting: Develop accurate sales forecasts for off-plan properties, considering market conditions, project timelines, and potential challenges.
- Marketing Collaboration: Collaborate with marketing teams to create targeted campaigns promoting off-plan properties and generate leads.
- Legal Compliance: Ensure all off-plan property sales adhere to legal and regulatory standards, staying updated on industry compliance requirements.
- Customer Feedback: Gather and analyse feedback from clients to enhance the off-plan property purchasing experience and improve overall customer satisfaction.
- Performance Analysis: Regularly assess sales performance metrics for off-plan properties, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
- Networking: Establish and maintain strong networks within the real estate industry, fostering relationships with key stakeholders and industry influencers.
- Adaptability: Stay informed about changes in the real estate market, adjusting sales strategies and tactics accordingly to remain competitive in the off-plan property sector.

- Documentation and Record Keeping: Ensure accurate and thorough record-keeping of all off-plan property transactions and relevant documentation.
You Must:

- Have managed a team of at least 10 in no more than two companies for a minimum of 5 years in the UAE.
- Be educated to degree level.
- Be fluent in English along with your native language of either Russian, Italian, French, German, Chinese, Arabic or Indian.
- UAE Driving License
- Have Good knowledge of Dubai’s Real Estate market
- Be capable of growing a solid social media presence
