Scope of the role - to expand the business over various regions and products (with particular focus on Western Europe). 

The must-haves of the successful candidate

• Completed higher education in sales, marketing, advertising, and/or economics.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office Excel, MS Office Word, PowerPoint.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Knowledge of another west EU language is an advantage.
• A minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar position with measurable achievements in growing markets, ideally within CEE / Western-Europe
• Good time management and flexibility to work in a dynamic environment, with tight deadlines for solving various situations
• Good analysis and reporting skills
• Knowledge of sales, marketing and communication techniques
• Willingness to travel at least 20% of the time

• You actively participate in the definition and implementation of the sales strategy of the companies in the Group
• Develop organizational sales policies and procedures
• Devise new strategies and techniques to achieve your goals
• You analyze the customer base, the product or service offered, the market, competitors and industry trends and forecast sales.
• Research and identify sales opportunities and attracting new customers
• You establish and conduct meetings with potential
