Role: Sales Manager Wind EPC
Candidate should have around 8 to 10 years of Sales and Business development experience preferably in the Wind Industry with Wind Turbine OEM’s. (though Renewable solar can also be considered)
Location: Sales Manager for each location- Mumbai, Pune, Bangalore.Key Responsibilities:
• Positioning and selling EPC (Engineering, Procurement and Construction)/Turnkey solutions in the wind energy market to key accounts (IPP’s/OEM’s)
• Act as primary lead on all customer account activities (enquiry generation, scope discussions, Order negotiation and contract closures)
• Co-ordinate internally within the departments and externally with sub-vendor partners to garner cost and scope inputs for making of the proposals.
• Negotiate and close sub-vendor/partner contracts.
• Regular inputs to leadership on Market intelligence of the wind industry and project pipelines of IPP/OEM’s to align the order projections.
• Adhere to sales process, and ensure putting forward solutions which support the best LCOE (Levelized Cost of Energy) possible to the customer.
• Lead and facilitate all technical Request for Proposal (RFP) activity and deliverables to achieve on-time response and fulfillment of customer requests, technical schedules, and technical documentation as defined by RFP
• Assume responsibility for the internal handover of signed projects to the Project Management organization after the finalization of customer agreements
• Manage the interfaces to Operations department of EPC, Heavy duty machines and the customer during EPC execution phase.
