This position is responsible for achieving sales and marketing objectives in their respective territory, driving new business development growth, and reporting competitive intelligence as it is gained.
The successful candidate will be expected to have technical understanding of materials technology for the key market sectors, for Coatings, Adhesives, Sealants & Elastomers.
The position also implies handling several Lithium-Ion Battery startups.
Main achievements/Missions/Objectives:
- Identifying potential Tuball customers in specific CASE market in USA.
- Traveling to potential Tuball buyers, and establishing relationships with key contacts in that area
- Closing sales to achieve sales goals and grow objectives in that region.
- Forecasting sales and volume requirements for active customers to OCSiAl management
- Establishing distribution channels (where appropriate) to further growth and sales management
- Attend and monitor promotional events related to target markets.
- Share info via CRM system for mutual sales organization benefit.
Qualification requirements:
- Bachelor degree, preferred in Chemistry, Materials Science, or Material Engineering –
- Over 3 years Sales experience in the industry of Coatings, Adhesives, Sealants & Elastomers.
- Excellent communication skills, ability to engage customers at all level.
- Being proactive and self-driven.
- Ability to work independently and as a part of multi-cultural global team.
- MS Office proficient.
- Proficient in English
- Willingness to travel extensively, mostly US, from 30%--60%
