Roles & Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy and Execution:
- Develop and implement sales strategies for petroleum jelly and paraffin products to achieve revenue targets.
- Identify growth opportunities and establish plans to expand market share.
Client Management:
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
- Address client concerns, provide solutions, and conduct regular follow-ups.
Team Leadership:
- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve targets and enhance performance.
- Provide training and guidance to ensure team effectiveness.
Market Analysis:
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and client needs to identify new opportunities.
- Provide insights to senior management on sales forecasts and strategies.
Reporting:
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, client feedback, and market trends.
- Ensure accurate documentation of client interactions and sales activities.
Collaboration:
- Work with internal teams (production, R&D, and logistics) to meet client needs.
- Coordinate with finance for accurate billing and timely payments.
