Our multinational Client is one of the world's largest wholesalers of promotional items.
They are expanding exponentially and looking for an experienced and dynamic 'Sales Manager (Greece)' to join their team. The role will be responsible for overseeing sales operations within a designated geographic area, driving sales growth, managing client relationships, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets.
Your Responsibilities:
- Sales Management:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through regular follow-ups and addressing client needs promptly.
- Act as the main point of contact for clients within the assigned area.
- Market Analysis:
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and market trends.
- Analyze competitor activities and market conditions to inform strategic planning.
- Operational Management:
- Oversee day-to-day operations within the assigned area, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure the smooth execution of sales and marketing campaigns.
- Reporting and Administration:
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
Your Profile:
- Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience:
- 3-5 years of experience in a sales management role within the promotional products industry.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Skills:
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Attributes:
