Key Responsibilities:

• Drive the affiliate's Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE) objectives by managing and optimizing CRM systems locally.
• Oversee the local CRM system, introduce new functionalities, and ensure it aligns with business needs.
• Maintain and ensure the accuracy of customer data within the CRM system.
• Provide training and ongoing support to field force users on effective CRM usage.
• Analyze customer interactions and data to generate insights that improve customer service and sales strategies.
• Design and manage reports and dashboards that deliver actionable insights for sales management.
• Collaborate with business management to define and develop relevant SFE KPIs.
• Regularly monitor and adjust KPIs to meet evolving business requirements.
• Participate in SFE-related transformation projects, business integration, and optimization initiatives.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration with marketing and other departments to align and support sales initiatives.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in Sales Effectiveness or a similar role, preferably within the Pharmaceutical industry.
• Strong digital competency, with advanced skills in Excel, PowerBI, and proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
• Results-oriented, with a solid commercial awareness.
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively within both local and regional teams.
• Excellent analytical and multitasking abilities.
• Strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail.
• Fluent in English (speaking, reading, writing, and comprehension).
