Job Description
Key tasks:
- Developing, planning and implementing strategies that align with business goals to promote growth
- Building and maintaining profitable relationships with key stakeholders (architects, Installers, General Contractors, Investors etc)
- Facilitate acquiring new customers and manage client relationships (new and existing)
- Analysing the construction investment market and identifying business opportunities
- Achieving sales and marketing targets
- Managing and supporting a team
- Monitoring performance of commercial activities using key metrics and preparing reports for General Manager
Required Skills:
- Prior experience in construction industry in B2B sales. Experience in low voltage building installations would be ideal
- Profound understanding of construction business
- Proven ability to function in a self-directed environment.
- Strong pro-sales attitude and focus on contact with decision-makers at every stage of the project
- Commercial awareness partnered with a strategic mindset
- Excellent interpersonal competences, and negotiation skills
- Advanced command in English
- Good command in Excel
