Working days/mode - 5 days (hybrid - 1 day work from home)

CTC - 17 Lacs + 10% bonus

NOTE - WE NEED EXPERIENCE IN SALESFORCE CPQ AND APEX

Responsibilities:

● Ensure customer concerns are addressed in a timely manner through cross-functional collaboration, responsibility and accountability.

● Document requirements from stakeholders.

● Gather information to clarify project objectives and goals.

● Use data and insights to analyze information to identify business needs.

● Identify and implement solutions to address business needs.

Qualifications:

● 4+ years’ experience in business data analytics

● Understanding of the below Salesforce technical skills: ○ AppExchange ○ Automation ○ Collaboration ○ Data management ○ Reports and dashboards ○ CRM ○ Platform ○ Sales and marketing

● Proficient in: ○ Needs analysis ○ Eliciting requirements ○ Business case definition ○ Requirements writing ○ Requirements review ○ Flow and process diagramming ○ Wireframing ○ Business data analytics ○ Problem solving

● Communicate with cross functional teams and set clear expectations

● Self-motivated and possess the ability to work autonomously.
