About the Role:
- A prominent global company in the healthcare sector is seeking a SALESFORCE SPECIALIST to join their team. This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to operational excellence within a highly dynamic and impactful industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing and improving the local CRM system, including introducing new functionalities.
- Ensuring the accuracy and upkeep of customer data within the CRM platform.
- Providing training and ongoing support to field teams on CRM usage.
- Analyzing customer interactions to identify trends and inform strategic decisions.
- Developing and maintaining dashboards and reports to guide sales management.
- Collaborating with leadership to design and update KPIs based on evolving business needs.
- Participating in projects focused on sales force transformation, integration, and optimization.
- Partnering with cross-functional teams, such as marketing, to align sales strategies.
Candidate Profile:
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in a Sales Effectiveness or similar role.
- Proven experience in the pharmaceutical sector or a closely related industry.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerBI for data analysis and visualization.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce or equivalent.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- A results-driven mindset with commercial awareness.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A collaborative attitude, capable of working effectively with local and regional teams.
