Role Purpose:

• Acting as inhouse Senior SAP Consultant in Financial Management
• Conception, implementation and continuous improvement of local and global SAP FIM business processes in collaboration with the Process Owner, to support the process requirements
• Know-how transfers towards our corporate application support team
• Acting as Process Expert in SAP Roll-out and implementation projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Participate and provide support on IT Projects as Consultant or Expert with focus on FIM tasks
• Creation and implementation of IT concepts focused on business processes covered by FIM Team (specification, customizing, testing, documentation)
• Project management of IT projects with focus on SAP ERP
• Independent analysis of business process and system failures with the goal of sustainable elimination of errors, problems and strengthening of system and process stability in 3rd level support
• Validation and review of Rollout books, training & test documentation
• Collaboration with internal and external customers (users), experts, process owners and providers

Technical Skills & Knowledge:

• ITIL certificate and/or work experience in user-support via ticket system
• Business process understanding in the manufacturing industry (best: Automotive)
• Knowledge in Indian tax regulations (esp. GST)
• Ideally experience in converting an ECC system into S/4
• Ideally experience in SAP BTP and cloud solutions
• Distinct SAP integration knowledge of FICO in SD, PP and MM
• Associate SAP Certificate
• Completion of min. 5 Rollouts / Full cycle implementations as consultant
•  5 years’ experience in SAP consulting / 3rd level support in the module

• Very good knowledge in English language oral and written (business language)

• Independent, reliable, structured and able to work with minimal guidance
