About the Role:

• We are seeking a skilled SAP Business Process Specialist to join a SAP BPL Team in the GEM region. In this role, you will provide project, business, and development support to GEM Supply Chain, supporting applications and leading technology-related projects to enhance operational efficiency and optimize existing processes. This person will act as a liaison between SAP users and the IT department, as well as trainig SAP users on using the tools.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee the transition from SAP ECC to S4 HANA in the GEM region.
• Gather, define, and translate business requirements into actionable solutions.
• Conduct unit and formal testing, including test case creation, test scripts, and data preparation, and communicate results to Corporate IT.
• Supervise and support Go-Live activities, ensuring smooth transitions and resolving any post-Go-Live issues.
• Provide high-level support for SAP and other global/local applications, ensuring responsiveness and user satisfaction.
• Log, manage, and resolve tickets for SAP support and application disturbances.
• Collaborate with Corporate IT to resolve issues effectively.
• Manage SAP user requests and coordinate solutions.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and system optimizations.
• Work closely with department colleagues to deliver seamless solutions.
• Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on SAP business processes and systems, offering support and expertise.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose issues, offering workarounds and solutions when necessary.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation.

What We’re Looking For:

• Education: HBO level or MBO with a minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP business processes.
• Expertise in SAP Material Management (MM), Sales & Distribution (SD), and Warehouse Management (WM) is required; EWM knowledge is a plus.
• Experience in at least two full-cycle SAP rollouts.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Proven experience in managing and facilitating change processes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional European languages are a plus.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), with a willingness to learn new software.
• Proactive, self-reliant, and a collaborative team player with creative problem-solving abilities.
