Job Description:

• Gather and understand requirements from business and IT stakeholders for SAP BW/HANA or Datasphere.
• Evaluate the existing data warehouse landscape to recommend the most suitable solution.
• Define security measures and ensure adherence to data standards.
• Promote best practices and align solutions with stakeholders' KPI standards.
• Manage the project lifecycle, including documentation, coordination, and migration planning, emphasizing automation and integration with S/4HANA.

Desired Skills:

•   Proficiency in SAP BW/HANA/ABAP including end-to-end implementations, greenfield projects, and migrations.
•   Strong ABAP skills and experience with HANA views, AMDP procedures, and hybrid architecture.
•   Integration expertise with SAP/non-SAP source systems, using connectors like SDA/SDI.
•   Ability to expose models/queries as OData and consume external APIs into BW models.
•   Proficient in designing complex dataflows and writing Python scripts for transformations in Datasphere.
•   Experience with exposing Datasphere models to AI algorithms, third-party tools, and integration with S4HANA and SAC.

Mandatory Requirements:

•   Graduate/Post-Graduate degree.
•   5-8 years of overall experience in SAP BW/HANA/ABAP and Datasphere.
•   Minimum 2 years of inclusive experience in datasphere.
•   Experience with SAC preferred.
•   HCM system understanding is essential.
