About the Role:

Job Description: SAP Logistics and Inventory Management Specialist

Office Location: Gurgaon | Remote work (5 days a month travel to office) – Expenses will be covered by the company.
Shift Timings (IST): 2 PM - 11 PM (Monday to Friday)
Standby on weekends

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Support and Maintenance:
  • Manage and resolve SAP S4 HANA incidents related to Logistics and Inventory Management.
  • Monitor and resolve SAP S4 HANA interface issues.
  • Handle SAP S4 HANA change requests and deliver enhancements.
  • Continuously improve logistics and inventory management solutions.
• Project Delivery:
  • Collaborate with Solution Architects and COE teams to define and deliver SAP-enabled business solutions.
  • Support Third-Party Logistics, Logistics Execution, and Field Inventory Management solutions.
  • Ensure timely delivery of project milestones and objectives.
• Coordination:
  • Work closely with business users for system maintenance support and project activities.
  • Coordinate with the technical team to deliver change requests.
  • Liaise with external consultants and business partners for solutioning and system maintenance.

Requirements:

• Education:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (16 Years of Education is required).
• Experience:
  • Minimum 5-10 years of experience with SAP Implementation/Support (SAP MM, SAP WM, SAP SD).
  • Strong knowledge of SAP Materials Management.
  • Experience with Third Party Logistics (3PL) Interfaces and Logistics Execution (Inbound, Outbound, and Shipping Processes).
  • Familiarity with Intercompany/Intracompany STO Processes.
  • Cross-functional knowledge in SAP Production Planning, Quality Management, Sales, and Distribution.
