SAP Project Manager

Location: Pune
Experience: 11 to 13 years

Job Description
1.    Work with business sponsor to understand requirements and then co-ordinate implementation accordingly.
2.    Work with stakeholders to plan projects and co-ordinate development activities
3.    Strong understanding of software life cycle, including waterfall and agile methodologies
4.    Strong collaboration, communication and business relationship skills and experience with mid-large project team
5.    Strong written, presentation, problem solving skills, motivated, self-directed and result oriented
6.    Sense of ownership and commitment to the user experience
7.    Time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
8.    Ability to communicate technical issues to non-technical audience
9.    Ability to handle SAP Greenfield implementation and support activities with inhouse and external consultants
10.    Excellent oral and written communication
11.    Accountable for project documentation including project plans, timelines, status reports and issue/raid logs
12.    Support business leaders to scope and structure new projects/programs

Minimum Qualification
1.    Relevant experience of PMO/Change Management Experience.
2.    Project Management experience organizing multiple team performing infrastructure/software/product development
3.    Good Knowledge of project management process, project software tools, templates and management techniques
4.    Highly skilled in creation of presentation, new reporting mechanism and other documents
5.    Ability to assess, analyze and resolve issues and distill that complexity into simple communication.
