Roles & Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with retail clients to understand their business requirements and translate them into SAP S/4 HANA solutions.
• Design, configure, and implement SAP S/4 HANA modules such as Finance, Sales, Supply Chain, and Retail specific functionalities.
• Conduct workshops, training sessions, and knowledge transfer activities for end-users and project stakeholders.
• Lead and participate in all phases of the SAP project lifecycle including analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and support.
• Perform system configurations, enhancements, and customizations to meet client needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, architects, business analysts, and project managers to ensure successful project delivery.

Ideal Candidate:

• SAP MM, SAP SD, SAP PP, SAP QM, SAP eWM, SAP IBS – Retail Experience
• Experience in Retail Verticals is highly Desirable.
• Strong project management skills.
• Effective presentation and public speaking skills
• Analytical skills bring clarity to complex issues and gather data-driven insights.
• Cross cultural competence with an ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
• Manage and work with key stakeholders onshore and onsite.
