- Reporting Manager: VP - Transitions
- Location: Pasay, Metro Manila, Philippines
- Work Mode: Work-from-Office
Role & responsibilities:
- Lead and manage Capital Markets Transitions and Voice Process implementations across the company's global footprint, ensuring successful transitions through Program Leads.
- Execute transition of processes with end-to-end accountability, establishing Robust Project plan, clearly specifying various tollgates, tasks, planned/actual start and closure date, responsibility and completion status.
- Ensure that program and project implementations are meeting or exceeding both client and company expectations.
- Work with the Business Development Team or Strategic Deal Team to build customized solutions for new client engagements.
- Performs Due diligence/ OP-ID exercise for the trial business and prepare Statement of work, submit the recommendation for outsourcing based on the current capabilities.
- Contribute to RFPs by developing customized solutions and compelling value propositions for potential clients.
- Develop and implement training and development programs for Transitions Managers. The trainings could be functional, domain or developmental
Candidate requirements:
- 12+ years of experience, with 8+ years into BPO and Transitions, and 5+ years into core Project Management/Solutioning experience.
- Rich exposure to Capital Markets transitions and Voice Process implementations.
- Should have Program Management experience of a small to medium size engagements.
- PMP or PRINCE2 certification (preferred)
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills
- Excellent communication and client management abilities
- Innovative thinking and problem-solving skills.
