Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage SCM Projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and delivering project objectives within timelines.
- Develop and implement integrated supply chain solutions and performance improvement strategies.
- Optimize warehouse operations, logistics processes, and inventory utilization.
- Manage supplier relationships and ensure quality and delivery standards are met.
- Identify and implement cost-effective supply chain strategies.
- Analyze and prioritize opportunities for performance improvement and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop strategies that support overall business objectives.
- Ensure the effective implementation of SOPs, compliance with industry standards, and continuous process improvements.
- Drive the evaluation and certification of vendors/suppliers and work closely with them to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Mentor and lead teams, ensuring high levels of engagement and performance.
Skills and Expertise:
- Project Management experience with the ability to manage large, complex projects across various supply chain functions.
- In-depth knowledge of supply chain strategies, including procurement, logistics, and inventory management.
- Experience in warehouse and logistics management and supplier quality assurance.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop and implement process improvements.
- Proven track record of vendor/supplier management and successful collaboration.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to work with internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- 15+ years of total work experience, including at least 10 years in SCM with hands-on project management experience.
- Certifications in SCM, CPSM (Certified Professional in Supply Management), or equivalent are preferred.
