Part of an international software architecture team, the job holder will work closely with software developers, software testers (mainly in Germany) and take on active technical leadership and guidance in the development of the software. The Software Security Architect will work in hybrid style in a newly created R&D office in Budapest.
Tasks:
- Responsibility together for the development of software (security) architectures in the field of embedded infotainment systems
- Analysis, evaluation and development of software requirements and design based on customer and system requirements.
- Based on the System Architects planning, realize design and code reviews.
- Support the feature implementation also by programming in C/C++.
- Support the review of feature test plans and test cases.
- Pro-active contribution of the Software Security Team
- Support as point of contact and interface to customers for all software security issues
- Integration of security requirements in software architectures, considering the system architecture
- Design, implementation and evaluation of the use of different state-of-the-art hardware security modules and mechanisms (authentication, signing and signature verification, encryption and decryption)
Requirements:
- University degree in engineering, preferably electrical engineering, technical informatics, media informatics, software engineering
- Several years of professional experience as software architect or senior software developer
- Sound experience in methods and process models for the development of embedded systems in the automotive sector
- Knowledge about current security standards in the embedded audio/video environment
- Knowledge and experience in the fields of cyber security and software security
- Knowledge in handling operating systems, especially Linux and real-time operating systems
- Fluency in English, German is a plus
