Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Sales Cycle Management: Handle the entire sales cycle, from identifying potential clients to securing deals, negotiating agreements, closing sales, and managing referrals/upselling.
- Presentations and Proposals: Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, demos, and proposals to tech buyers in the USA.
- Outbound Sales Activities: Conduct outbound sales activities including phone calls, emails, campaigns, and scheduling/facilitating demos.
- Inbound Inquiry Qualification: Qualify inbound inquiries and advance them appropriately through the sales process.
- Customer Relationship Management: Maintain strong rapport with existing customers, understand their business needs, and provide additional solutions to drive growth.
- Sales Metrics: Meet or exceed key sales activity metrics related to revenue pipeline, including calls, emails, qualified opportunities, and secured demos.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Communicate effectively with Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Product, Engineering, and other key stakeholders to share feedback and best practices.
- CRM Maintenance: Ensure data accuracy of customer information in the CRM system for proper reporting and analytics.
Requirements:
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in a related field.
- Professional Experience: 5+ years of experience in sales or business development roles, with at least 2+ years in a closing role.
- Quota Management: Proven experience in quota-carrying roles, handling deals in the range of 50k-100k USD.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate and present
