Roles and Responsibilities:
- Manage key BFSI accounts, focusing on client retention and growth.
- Develop and execute sales strategies tailored to BFSI accounts.
- Drive revenue generation and collaborate with cross-functional teams for successful delivery.
- Stay updated on BFSI industry trends and competitor activities.
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to drive revenue growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation.

- Represent the company at leading BFSI events and conferences.
Ideal Candidate:
- Proven 10+ years in sales, managing BFSI accounts in India.
- Experience managing relationships with top-tier Indian banks (e.g., ICICI, HDFC, SBI, Kotak Mahindra, Axis, RBL).
- Strong understanding of IT software services, solutions, and digital transformation.
- Exceptional skills in relationship building, leadership, communication, and negotiation.
- Strategic thinker, able to challenge the status quo.
- Results-driven with a focus on exceeding sales targets.
- In-depth knowledge of BFSI industry trends and digital transformation.
