Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Senior Account Manager to drive the sales and success of our CX solutions. This role involves building customer relationships, identifying business opportunities, and ensuring the timely delivery of our CX products and services in the IT industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell CX solutions/products to customers.
- Conduct market research to identify opportunities and competitive trends.
- Develop relationships with key customer stakeholders and partners.
- Address customer needs and propose effective solutions.
- Prepare and review tenders, RFIs/RFQs, and budget offers.
- Collaborate with internal teams for the timely delivery of solutions.
- Report on progress and results to stakeholders.
- Achieve sales targets and business growth.
Requirements:
- 5-7 years of experience with CX solutions in the IT industry.
- Proven track record in sales and customer relationship management.
- Strong technical and commercial knowledge of CX products.
- Ability to influence and communicate at all levels.
- Experience in tender preparation and project delivery.
- University degree and proficiency in English and Romanian.
