Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Management: Prepare and review financial statements in compliance with local and international accounting standards.
• Tax Compliance: Manage tax filings, declarations, and audits while staying updated on applicable regulations.
• Cost Accounting: Oversee cost analysis to track project expenses and provide insights to support business decisions.
• Budgeting and Forecasting: Work with management to develop budgets, analyze variances, and support financial planning.
• Accounts Oversight: Monitor accounts payable/receivable processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Audit Coordination: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external auditors, ensuring a smooth audit process.
• Process Optimization: Identify and implement improvements to streamline accounting and financial processes.

Key Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. A professional certification (e.g., CPA, ACCA) is preferred.
• Experience: At least 5 years of experience in accounting roles, preferably within the manufacturing or construction sector.
• Technical Skills:Proficiency in WinMentor and other ERP systems (e.g., SAP), along with advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Knowledge: Strong understanding of local tax laws, financial regulations, and cost accounting principles.
• Language Skills: Proficiency in English for reporting and communication with stakeholders.
• Soft Skills: Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication abilities.
