Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide expert legal advice on disputes involving commercial, arbitration, insolvency, and white-collar crime matters.
2. Lead litigation and arbitration cases, including drafting pleadings, representing clients in courts and tribunals, and advising on dispute resolution strategies.
3. Draft and review legal documents such as pleadings, petitions, and submissions for court and arbitration hearings.
4. Conduct in-depth legal research and analysis to support case strategies and ensure legal compliance.
5. Represent clients before courts, arbitral tribunals, and quasi-judicial bodies, managing the full lifecycle of litigation and arbitration matters.
6. Handle enforcement of judgments, appeals, and other post-judgment matters.
7. Supervise and mentor junior associates, guiding them in their legal work and ensuring high-quality outputs.
8. Manage client relationships, offering practical legal advice while maintaining professional communication and trust.
