Job Description:

Lead development and execution of Company’s business development strategies and ensuring its effective implementation;

Ensure talent management for the employees who will be reporting to you now and/or in future to act upon the approved business development strategies

managing relationship with senior bankers, investment bankers, financial institutions, mutual funds, trade associations, government Ministries, MSMEs, Microfinance Institutions, Maritime Training Institutes and Mid & Large Corporates
