Antal International Group, a recruitment agency, is looking for our client, a large Chinese Automotive Group, a Senior Director of Fuel Cell Stack.

Location: Shanghai or Changchun, China

Salary: Negotiable but very high salary range

Responsibilities:

▪ Responsible for the formulation and implementation of the product, technology and capability planning of fuel cell stack and core components.

▪ Responsible for the development, planning and implementation of new products and new technologies of stacks and core components.

▪ Responsible for formulating product development plans for stacks and core components, solving major quality problems, key technology development projects, and tackling key issues.

▪ Responsible for the development system construction and process construction of the stack and core components.

▪ Responsible for the formulation and implementation of development standards and specifications for stacks and core components.

▪ Responsible for the accumulation of knowledge and personnel training for the development of stacks and core components.

Qualifications:

▪ Experience: Phd degree with more than 15 years professional experience in this area.
