NIO MENA seeks an exceptional Senior Financial Analyst to join our dynamic team. This role presents an exciting opportunity to drive financial excellence and strategic decision-making in one of the world's most innovative automotive companies.
The Role:
As a Senior Financial Analyst, you'll be instrumental in shaping our financial strategy and maintaining robust budget controls. You'll work closely with our Finance Business Partner to enhance operational efficiency and ensure compliance with corporate policies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead budget control and tracking across cost centres and WBS levels
• Drive financial planning and analysis, including variance reporting and strategic modelling
• Support business decision-making through detailed financial analysis and forecasting
• Facilitate purchase-to-payment workflow automation
• Develop and maintain financial policies and governance frameworks
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration
• Professional qualification (CA/CPA/CMA) preferred
• 6+ years' experience in finance/FP&A within the automotive industry
• Proven track record in business partnering and controlling
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel
• Experience with SAP and distribution operations (preferred)
