Job Description & Summary:

As a Senior FP&A Specialist, you will collaborate with a team of experts to tackle complex business challenges, from strategy development to execution. Your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Contributing to cross-functional internal and client teams to design and implement strategic finance transformation projects, including budgeting, cost accounting, and management reporting policies and procedures.
• Providing advice to clients on finance-related strategies and creating solutions to address complex challenges, drive sustainable results, and demonstrate measurable impact.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with client stakeholders at all levels, consistently delivering high-quality services.
• Supporting the management and mentorship of junior team members, offering guidance and actively coaching Consultants within the FP&A team.
• Staying informed about regional and global economic trends, with a focus on Finance developments and their implications for clients.

Education:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from a top university in Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Accounting, or IT.
• Professional certifications (e.g., ACCA, SAP, 1C) are a plus.

Experience, Knowledge, and Skills:

• Strong commitment to personal and professional growth and development.
• Solid understanding of at least one of the following areas:

• Client-oriented mindset, with the ability to establish strong relationships with diverse internal and external teams in high-pressure environments.
• Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, remain resilient, and meet tight deadlines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Project.
• Passionate about innovation in Finance (e.g., Blockchain, RPA, AI) is an advantage.
