Target Industry: Pharmaceutical MNCs

Educational Qualifications: Graduate + MBA (Full Time)

Therapy: Infant Nutrition / Paediatric / Gyane segment.

Note: Rx experience is mandatory

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Business Development
• New Product Development
• P&L Responsibility
• Operational Management

Requirement:

• Must have worked in Pharmaceutical in either a Tier 1 or Tier 2 organizations.
• At least 15+ related experience and in a P&L capacity for the last 2 -3 years.
• Full time MBA from a Tier 1/Tier 2 institutes
• Excellent communication skills, ability to do multi-tasking and deal with multi stakeholders on Pan India level.
• Strong Relationships & People Management Skills.
• Should have led Teams of at least 15+ people in a prior role.
