Hiring for a Sr Manager – Transitions for a leading global business process outsourcing company.

Role details:
- Title / Designation: Senior Manager – Transitions
- Reporting Manager: VP - Transitions
- Location: Pasay, Metro Manila, Philippines
- Work Mode: Work-from-Office
- Shift Timings: GY shift
Role & responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end process transitions across the global footprint.
- Develop and execute strategies to ensure seamless transitions and successful client engagements.
- Provide expert recommendations on process re-engineering and offshoring feasibility.
- Manage client interactions, senior management engagement, and IT collaborations.
- Drive thought leadership to enhance transitions setup and implementation.
- Participate in business development initiatives, including creating customized solutions for RFPs.
Candidate requirements:
- 10+ years of experience, with 3+ years in BPO Transitions and hands-on experience in migrating processes.
- Program Management experience in small to medium-sized engagements.
- PMP or PRINCE2 certification (preferred).
- Experience in Management Information Systems (MIS) – preferred.
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
- Excellent communication and client management abilities.
- Innovative thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Valid (10 year / 5 year) US &/or UK Visa will be an added advantage
