• Reporting Manager: VP - Transitions
• Location: Pasay, Metro Manila, Philippines
• Work Mode: Work-from-Office
• Shift Timings: GY shift

Role & responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end process transitions across the global footprint.
• Develop and execute strategies to ensure seamless transitions and successful client engagements.
• Provide expert recommendations on process re-engineering and offshoring feasibility.
• Manage client interactions, senior management engagement, and IT collaborations.
• Drive thought leadership to enhance transitions setup and implementation.
• Participate in business development initiatives, including creating customized solutions for RFPs.

Candidate requirements:

• 10+ years of experience, with 3+ years in BPO Transitions and hands-on experience in migrating processes.
• Program Management experience in small to medium-sized engagements.
• PMP or PRINCE2 certification (preferred).
• Experience in Management Information Systems (MIS) – preferred.
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
• Excellent communication and client management abilities.
• Innovative thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Valid (10 year / 5 year) US &/or UK Visa will be an added advantage
