Senior Marketing Manager
Key responsibilities:
· Formulate key strategies to create and grow market in a significantly competitive space.
· Driving profitable growth – focus on go to market models and create appropriate channels to reach more patients effectively and efficiently
· Develop and retain marketing team across operating units of specialty group to facilitate market development and therapy adoption with 1:1 share growth.
· Development and Execution of marketing plans in partnership with stakeholders
· Developing lead/ lagging indicators and input/ output factors with timely review and course correction for each of the marketeer and operating units to facilitate marketing excellence.
· Build long term product strategy for each Operating unit based on product life cycle and growth potential of OU in tandem with 5 year strategic plans.
· Talent management – Developing and nurturing talent in marketing organization by adoption of coaching, CDP and quarterly reviews

· Team orientation, collaboration, written/oral communication, analytical and customer focus, people management and priority setting.
· Exceptional quantitative, analytical, written and verbal skills. Proven track record of planning, execution and results
