Responsibilities: ● Lead the development and execution of comprehensive go-to-market strategies for new features and product updates. ● Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities. ● Craft compelling product messaging and positioning that resonates with target audiences across various industry verticals. ● Oversee the creation of high-quality marketing collateral, including website content, case studies, and sales enablement materials. ● Collaborate closely with product, sales, customer success, and engineering teams to ensure seamless product launches and ongoing communication. ● Develop and deliver product training programs for internal stakeholders, empowering them to sell and support the Happay platform effectively. ● Champion product marketing best practices within the organization and stay abreast of industry trends. ● Analyze marketing campaign performance using key metrics and KPIs to measure success and optimize future initiatives. Qualifications: ● 5+ years of experience in product marketing, preferably within a B2B SaaS company. ● Proven track record of developing and executing successful go-to-market strategies. ● Strong understanding of the business expense management (T&E) landscape and its challenges. ● Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft clear, concise, and engaging content. ● Adept at data analysis and comfortable using marketing automation tools. ● A collaborative mindset with the ability to build strong relationships across cross-functional teams. ● Passion for innovation and a desire to make a significant impact on a high-growth company.
