Your New Role:

• Is willing to go into depth and articulate rationale: complex workflows that operate with many moving parts that power simple and effective human-computer interfaces
• Has hands-on experience working on tech products
• Has strong visual sensibilities that can be applied onto digital interfaces that users from different walks of life can find easy to use
• Has a good grasp of communicating concepts effectively with visual and textual aids
• Can enable smooth design handoff that effectively communicates concepts
• Can develop a deep understanding of the domain and the suite of solutions being developed for it
• Values working in a fast-paced iterative environment with cross-functional teams to identify product insights, drive product development, and most importantly, ship high-quality industry-defining experiences

What you need to succeed:

• An eye for clean design that is simple, elegant and delightful
• Experience in end-to-end product development process
• 3-5 years of industry experience in the craft of design
