Role and skills :

We are looking for an Senior Project Manager (specializing in construction / TGA / building services) to work on renovation projects:

• Experience in project management of construction complexes (creation of management lists), ideal for the renovation of public building infrastructure

• Basic knowledge of construction project management (contracts/quality/deadline)

• Confident handling of the law, specifications / standardization (DIN etc.) in Luxembourg

• Experience in creating calculations for ROI metrics

• Basic knowledge of building physics (steam diffusion, heat transfer, ideal calculation of the thermal bridge)

• Basic knowledge of the technical building equipment (assessment of the system)

• Ideally basic knowledge of electrical and building management technology

• Experience in preparing and presenting results reports/feasibility studies

• Confident demeanor and good communication skills when dealing with customers

• Confident use of computer software (ideally Windows/MS Office luxEEB/CAD programs)
