Cele mai importante criterii pe care candidatul trebuie sa le indeplineasca:
• Experienta in vanzarea de solutii software complexe
• Minim 50% din portofoliu in sectorul public
• Profil de hunter combinat cu farmer, confortabil cu deplasarile
Responsabilitati:
• Vanzarea si promovarea solutiilor software
• Gestionarea unui portofoliu de clienti cu precadere din sectorul public (pornind de la nivel de primarii inspre institutii, ministere, etc)
• Stabilirea si intretinerea relatiilor cu actualii si potentialii clienti prin numeroase deplasari in teren
• Dezvoltarea de parteneriate de afaceri prin atragerea de noi clienti si fidelizarea celor existenti
• Pregatirea si livrarea prezentarilor de solutii de tip software
• Negocierea de contracte si supervizarea derularii contractelor
• Elaborarea de oferte comerciale si contracte
• Identificarea necesitatilor clientilor cheie si propunerea de solutii
• Monitorizarea continua si analiza piatei si a concurentei
• Realizeaza targetul comercial anualCerinte:
• Experienta de minim 6-7 ani in domeniul vanzarilor de solutii/aplicatii informatice complexe (tip ERP, document management si alte solutii software)
• Capabil sa inteleaga mediul de business si noile oportunitati aparute, sa stie sa le dezvolte intr-o maniera cat mai eficienta
• Disponibilitatea pentru deplasari la clienti/potentiali clienti minim 50% din timp
• Abilitati excelente de relationare, prezentare si negociere
• Studii superioare
• Limba engleza – nivel avansat ar fi de droit
